A District Meet to welcome him has been scheduled on that day at 4:30pm at the NIPER auditorium in Sector 67, SAS Nagar.

All Presidents Elect and Secretaries Elect are requested to join at this Intercity. The PETS/SETS programme has been made accordingly, and the classroom sessions would be over by 3:30/4:00pm to enable all the incoming club leaders to join the intercity.
They are also requested to motivate their incoming teams along with their club members and spouses to attend this special meeting in large number.
